Call of Duty Ranked

Call of Duty isn't getting younger as we get closer to the release of Black Ops 3 and I can say I'm shocked at how long I've been playing these games. We've updated the list and bumped Call of Duty Classic from the last spot in order to make way for Advanced Warfare. Here's the Call of Duty series ranked!

#10: Call of Duty Black Ops 2 (Treyarch)

Sorry to say that Black Ops 2 was just awful, from multiplayer to zombies it was plain. Campaign was decent with choices, but really the bread and butter of the franchise are the multiplayer experiences

Call of Duty Black Ops 2

#9: Call of Duty 2 (Infinity Ward)

Refining on the original provided us for the basis of what would be the future design of the series in Infinity Ward's last World War tour

Call of Duty 2

#8: Call of Duty Ghosts (Infinity Ward)

This is the half generation gateway title for new Call of Duty's to come. For me I don't know how it got so high on this list, but the refinements and finally changes to the overall game were good enough to make it special.

Call of Duty Ghosts

#7: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (Sledgehammer Games)

Or as I like to call it, "Call of Spacey" brings us far into the future with a much quicker pace of combat. Things are different this time around with the Exo suit, a great campaign and some alright exo zombies with meh multiplayer.

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

#6: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (Infinity Ward)

Everyone loved this really arcade title, honestly it was good for a bit and afterwards I'm left with bitter thoughts on it.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

#5: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (Infinity Ward)

Can't say too much other than it completed the Modern Warfare series and somehow tied it all together, somehow. Definition of refinement

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

#4: Call of Duty 3 (Treyarch)

Taking itself serious in terms of story, the arcade looking Call of Duty 3 was just pure fun for me. With massive multiplayer battles in the World War 2 setting this game was great.

Call of Duty 3

#3: Call of Duty Black Ops (Treyarch)

It's Black Ops, Treyarch finally amped up its terrible graphics with the same, but made everything more even and presented amazing zombies

Call of Duty Black Ops

#2: Call of Duty World at War (Treyarch)

Zombies, no really. Aside from giving us that amazing side area, the campaign and multiplayer were both absolutely fantastic

Call of Duty World at War

#1: Call of Duty 4 (Infinity Ward)

The holy grail for the Call of Duty series; 4 benchmarked not only the franchise, but all first person shooters for years to come and also had an amazing campaign. Simply put, it's why we were in a Modern Warfare phase for so long

Call of Duty 4
