Xbox Custom Gamerpics Guide

Xbox Custom Gamerpics guide on how to create custom gamerpics and then upload them to your Xbox profile. The first thing to know is that any standard picture can be used that you find online. The pictures are checked to a degree so it's best to not put anything too bad up or you could run into issues with the Xbox Enforcement. When it comes to standards, the sizes of these gamerpics are 1080x1080 creating a nice HD square. While that seems easy, you also need to remember that for the most part these images will be shown in a circle. So be sure to leave cushion space around that 1080x1080 square and that your image is centered. A good example of this can be found below with my profile. The official diameter would be 1080 for those that were confused when drawing the circle.

Some other interesting aspects for these custom gamerpics is that you can also make the background transparent and it will work. These are done in the .PNG format though that's more for advanced photo editors and suggest you stick with .JPG photos if you're unfamiliar with things to simplify the process. Like many others services, this photo will be found across all the devices and it's about time that Xbox did this.

How to Upload
The current supported list of items for upload are USB, Onedrive, Dropbox and Microsoft Photos. On computers or phones, the app will allow you to just upload the file and adjust accordingly. The route for editing the gamerpic is as follows My Profile - Customize Profile - Change Gamerpic - Upload a Custom Image. I hope this guide helps you easily get a Xbox custom gamerpic and if you have any questions about the process let me know.
