The Golf Club 2 was shown at E3 despite being quite early in production and I was able to play a bit of the upcoming sequel which is slated for release in April 2017. The Golf Club was a simulation golfing title released this generation bringing with it realistic golf and massive custom creation tools so players could build their own courses. This continues with The Golf Club 2 as all existing courses can be transferred over to the sequel giving the game a potential 108,000 courses. Players will just need to update their library and then re-publish on the sequel. The goal of the re-publishing is to give players the option to add in new features and course pieces introduced into the sequel. At the start of Golf Club 2 there will be 200 custom courses already good to go at launch by their current estimations. There will also be more in-depth character customization and morphing options available. There will also be tons of new clothing, an emblem creator as well as clans clubs being in the sequel as well. As far as gameplay goes it looks about the same as before at this point and it's hard to tell with the titles as this was an early alpha build so it ran fine actually minus finished textures. I kept swinging the ball into the water as I haven't played in awhile so that wasn't great and I was mostly gathering information anyways. That's about all I have at this point as I just got a run on one hole before being moved to the next booking. There will be more information in the near future as the release date is closer than you think and so far it looks like a potentially well done sequel.
