Top 10 Fallout 4 Mods Week 4

In no real particular order as we're not ranking mods already here are the top 10 mods for the fourth week after release of Fallout 4 after the viewership of the previous lists which I hope you enjoyed. The mods have evolved once more offering some far better high resolution texture and general mods for Fallout 4.

#10: Quieter Settlements

With every week I try to find some mods that benefit my settlements and the first one in this list is Quieter settlements which gives a variety of sliders to change the volume of many louder aspects of settlements. A small, yet very beneficial mod to those that want quiet.


 

#9: Better Computing Terminals

This really doesn't server for much aside for adding better textures to the computing terminals. It grants access to 2k and 4k mods to make the terminals look better and if you don't have quick hacking these are something you spend a lot of your time using to find things so they might as well look nice.

#8: Piper's Trench Coat Retextures

Piper is my choice of companion throughout the wasteland and the character could honestly use some work. While I wait for some better texturing for the character these trench coat retextures definitely improve the original selection.

#7: Detailed Urban Food

I always love to look for mods that help with the immersion within games and honestly the default food items are rather boring so this mod takes great strides in cleaning them up. The textures are greatly improved in the version and should stick out better among the bland palette within the world.

#6: Mega Explosions

Ever feel like the explosions in Fallout 4 just aren't large enough? With mega explosions we get much larger spreads for any bombs that explode. Damage and range has also been increased greatly for all the explosives found in the wasteland with the fatboy example being found in the image.

#5: Beautiful Dresses

Again, with the whole immersion theme I found that many of the clothing items within Fallout 4 are ugly so I've been looking for better texturing for that. The dresses are particularly ugly within the game as this mod actually does a great job in retexturing many of them and as you can see with the example it looks much better.

#4: Colorful Mirelurks

The Mirelurks are not something I enjoy within Fallout 4 so making them more colorfully vibrant definitely improves things. This mod makes them appear in a wide variety of colors to make the interactions much more special.

#3: Winter Wonderland

Aside from immersion I'm also a huge fan of seeing complete world conversions and with this mod it changes everything into a lovely winter wonderland. Somehow they did a great job of already making the place feel festively frozen which feels like home for me as I live in Canada.

#2: Simple clean face for woman Mod

Another simple mod which just aims to give the female characters a clean face from the usual gritty textures. This apparently works best for type 2 and type 4 though it does work all types as well.
