One's facial hair really can determine age, so it can be best to remove that. The first option is to hit up a barber in the town, but the easiest and most convenient way is to visit your camp. The first time you're able to do this is after heading back to town after visiting that very place for the first time. Initially, it'll be locked so you'll need to embrace the power of the beard yet later on it'll be available to remove. Basically the point with the girls at the town as mentioned for specifics.

You simply walk into the camp and head towards the center area, from there you'll notice a table with shaving supplies. It's very particular in design and you can see that shown below.
