Forza Motorsport is the pinnacle of racing franchises and the release of Forza 6 was no different. Some time has passed since then with some minor car packs, but now we are treated to the first big add-on to the game with the Porsche Expansion. This expansion provides a vast amount of additional including over twenty legendary Porsche cars with nine of them exclusive to Xbox One. These exclusive cars are the;

for those wanting to keep track. The pack also includes voice work by drivers Hurley Haywood, Derek Bell and Patrick Long to offer insight into the history of Porsche. This is told through a number of race sets which group together to tell and display the entire history of Porsche cars. It starts from the beginning with some of the more classic numbers and moves into the future of the company. Aside from the vehicles the pack adds an additional track "Virginia International Raceway" and a pile of new showcase events focused on these vehicles. It was great to see each of these unique vehicles and to get a wealth of information of which I didn't have any previous knowledge. This was just weaved into the experience making this expansion feel like a unique campaign set. While there not be a ton of difference present within the levels, it does allow players to check out each vehicle for a couple races across authentic to the vehicle tracks.

The Conclusion

For that are dying to get more out of Forza 6 then this is the perfect pack to expand the title. It includes a solid new track to continue the racing along with a fresh Porsche campaign and a number of showcase events to display the beauty of these cars. While it may not be a pack for everyone, it was great to learn about the history of the vehicles through the years and get knowledge on what's to come from the company. The pack exhibits the same high quality of vehicles and environments that players have come to expect from Forza Motorsport. There's a great selection of additional content present within the pack and it's well worth the expansion price if you enjoy these vehicles or are looking at add more into the game. It would be great if we see more packs like this in the future as well since it provides a great extra amount of content.
