Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone Tips & Tricks

The multiplayer that delivers cloud based destruction is of course the Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone which brings big booms and shattering glass shards. It can be rather wild to take in when you start, perhaps a bit over the top and hard to understand. With that, here are some general and perhaps specific tips and tricks that will assist your goal to be the best out there in the arena. They're all in short form and also presented in the video below.

#1. I believe the pistol is the most over powered weapon currently available, use it with the combination of a homing rocket. Either just use the pistol or blast a few rockets and finish off with the pistol. If they're not quite dead using the pistol then burst through them for the finish.

#2. Always be moving, standing still in one spot for too long is a death wish in this arena of war.

#3. Keeping holding down on the aim system for the entire length of a battle with someone. It's very hard to track them again once you've let go. The tracker will also always follow their movement regardless of how wild they're moving around you.

#4. If you're enemy is hiding in a building, or out of your line of sight just make a hole. This is the step past what Battlefield has. If there's an enemy hiding in a building, take out the walls or roof depending on where you're attacking from.

#5. Learn how far you can move, speed is key to survival. Be wary of resetting your movement as stepping on an object or part of a building will reset how many bursts you can have.

#6. When being shot at try to evade the best you can, if you move out of the line of sight the auto-aim may vanish for the player chasing you. You can also move around small buildings or objects to disrupt their auto-aim.

#7. When it comes to weapons, explosives are rather weak whereas the guns do the most damage. I suggest using any of the fast shooting options as you don't last long in this game.

#8. You perform more damage when close, continue to press up and push towards enemies that you're engaging with in this multiplayer.

#9. Never touch the ground, well avoid it when you can. It's a death sentence and the area outside of the map shocks you for health loss. Keep elevated, better strategy for survival.

#10. Pick the ability that fits your play style, the shield might be the best option if you need that extra little bit of health evasion.
