The install size for Call of Duty: WWII has been revealed coming in at a large size at launch releasing on November 3, 2017 taking up a total of 45.13 GB on the Xbox Marketplace. The Call of Duty franchise is returning to its roots with the first entry to send players with boots on the ground back to World War II. Hoping to capture the gritty and dark theater of war, Sledgehammer has taken their latest release to an authentic time in history. Prepare for three distinct modes that should feel natural to those that play the series each year with campaign, multiplayer and cooperative areas.
The campaign drops players into Europe starting at D-Day and giving them a full in-depth look at the way. The multiplayer is back to basics with authentic weapons, gorgeous environments and some new objective modes which hope to bring back a tradition feel the series has certainly been lacking. The cooperative area is basically zombies, there's a new campaign there but it's definitely against zombie creatures. It's shaping up to actually be an exciting release in the franchise and one that puts the boots firmly on the ground. As with the usual releases a season pass is available that provides additional maps and content post-launch.
