Mondo X Steelbook

I was relaxing at E3 during some off time this year and got an email about checking out a Steelbook series which I thought was strange yet really interesting at the same time and decided to check it out. When I returned back home I waited a bit and then received a Steelbook of Dredd which was my choice between that and Pan's Labyrinth. I've never seen the latter though I would much prefer Dredd since I don't own it and the movie was actually really well done. It's one of those bright colored movies filled with action that I enjoy watching on the occasion. If it came down to the actual covers and selection I would have trouble picking between this series since they all look absolutely stunning. I'm one of those individuals that enjoy looking at box art for movies or games and steelbooks are a level up on that. With this line Mondo has picked a number of titles to give a premium artwork variant which I think look great. I put three together in a photo below a few of the special designs and I'll list this line of steelbooks lower below, additionally attached an unboxing someone did online for the Dredd package I received since I neglected to do one. Before listing off all the various covers I'll mention that these are exclusive to Best Buy Canada and are truly limited since they won't be back after being sold out.

It was nice receiving Dredd in full version as I particularly liked the artwork on this one and it was well packaged. This one also came with the regular Blu Ray, the 3D iteration and the Digital Copy which is a great complete product. It also appears there are differing versions for many of the discs depending on regular or better versions of Blu Ray so watch out for that as well. The case itself also feels quite nice and looks well designed just by looking over it. This is somewhat hard to explain though it looks like a top tier version of the movie. Fans of these movies or collectors of the sort will definitely enjoy this experience.
