Need for Speed Payback Install Size

The install size for Need for Speed Payback has been revealed coming in at a decent size at launch releasing on November 10, 2017 taking up a total of 17.81 GB on the Xbox Marketplace. This is the latest attempt at bringing the series back to glory by focusing on story and intense scripted pursuits. Set in the underworld of Fortune Valley, you and your crew were divided by betrayal to then be reunited by a goal of revenge. This has your team working to take down The House, some sort of Cartel that rules the city. It sounds rather hilarious, but I'll go along with this being a serious thing. Basically, it gives a common enemy for your squad and a series of interesting locations, along with themed missions to race against.

The core team includes Tyler the Racer, Mac the Showman and Jess the Wheelman. There are obviously a pile of cars to collect, cop cars to out race and a progression system across the story. Get a better vehicle over time and craft your rides with performance or various decorative improvements. This all takes place across a large city with solid off-road opportunities in canyons, deserts and mountains. There are high stakes and it's probably time the house didn't win.
