Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Standalone Coming Soon

It would seem that according to Gamefly that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be releasing as a standalone title in the near future. This comes about sixth months after players have been forced to buy Infinite Warfare in order to get their hands on the classic Call of Duty 4 game. I was somewhat hesitant about this article based on Gamefly as other online companies haven't noted anything on this yet with Amazon.com only having Modern Warfare Remastered separate at $39.99 USD on PS4 with a requirement of having Infinite Warfare to play (on box art) which adds some confusion to the situation. I'm not saying the two are connected, but it's worth noting as the page appears new with orders being taken.

I would be hesitant to believe the date, but currently the game is set for release on July 20, 2017 for Xbox One with Playstation having its page updated to be June 20, 2017 to keep with that 30 days early access as part of the agreement with Activision. This will be great for fans that have been waiting to get the standalone as it was leaked previously that a separation of the two would happen eventually and now it seems that this is possible. I'd suggest waiting for confirmation from other retailers on this particular one though Gamefly has had early store listing in the past that were correct. The page I linked below for the store page doesn't contain any other details except the two separate consoles, the release dates and the publisher labeled as Activison.
